I prepare the 3D prints and sand them away any apparent flaws. 3 or 4 coat of primer on. This is the most time-consuming part of the job, but it also determines the rest of the painting. I then start the airbrush colorization, with a hyper-realistic approach according to the request. The gherkin is varnished in matt, the lemon in satin varnish and the Granny Smith in gloss. The result is there, and the Granny Smith apple is superb, compliments by Louis Vuitton art department.... and in time !!
